Your Role

As a German-speaking customer service support specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners. You'll be responsible for managing their SEO campaigns, resolving their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in German will enable you to communicate effectively with our clients, while your knowledge of SEO will help you understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

• Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
• Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement SEO strategies that drive results for our clients.

What We Expect from You

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

• Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients.
• Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our team.
• Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and analyze data.
• Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
• Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.

Working Hours and Environment

* Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

• 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.

Additional Notes

* This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for traditional benefits.

• You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with a high level of self-motivation.
• You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role.
