Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Jr. Web Chat Operator, your primary focus will be on engaging with customers through live chat, providing prompt and friendly assistance to address their inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide them to solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
- Troubleshooting basic issues and providing solutions to customers

Contract Length and Availability:
We're looking for a Virtual Jr. Web Chat Operator who can commit to a flexible schedule with a minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week. The contract length is open-ended, and we're open to discussing flexible arrangements that suit your needs.
Compensation and Benefits:
