Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. - Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently. - Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed. - Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions. - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards.

Position Details

Rate:

$35 per hour -

Requirements:

- Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). - Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. - A reliable internet connection is a must. -

Location:

This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States. -

Work Schedule:

Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 5 hours per week.

Essential Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) is a plus. -

Experience:

No prior experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow. -
