As a Data Entry Compliance Processor I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry and paperwork verification related to our Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and other programs.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Compliance Processor I at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Transferring data from scanned images into Excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy
• Auditing and reviewing all required CACFP documentation and systems for compliance with state and federal laws, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Submitting state claims and internal reports in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner
• Accurately entering data from state websites and internal forms
• Identifying and bringing up compliance concerns to ensure seamless operations
• Reviewing menus from arenaflex centers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Clerical and/or office experience, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment
• Proficiency in 10-Key data entry
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Familiarity with CACFP regulations and compliance requirements
