Join the arenaflex Team

We're seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our web and cloud applications. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, implement new technologies, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, capture, and approve IT requirements and other artifacts to ensure accurate communication with stakeholders

• Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Report and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies that impact operational support efforts
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and metrics to measure success
• Collaborate with the incident management team to ensure effective escalation and resolution of incidents
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, procedures, and technical guides
• Participate in regular reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience with cloud-based applications and services, including AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including data encryption and access control

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools, including Splunk or ELK
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or v4 framework
• Experience with IT service management software, including ServiceNow or BMC Helix

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Experience with cloud-based applications and services, including AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including data encryption and access control
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
