Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Tethered –, your key responsibilities will include:
- Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Connecting with Customers: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries or concerns.
- Calmly Resolving Issues: De-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking Call-Related Information: Record and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing Feedback: Offer feedback on call issues to improve our processes and services.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell our services and products to customers.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT or network certifications or degrees are preferred but not essential.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Proven Call Center Experience: A minimum of 6 months of call center experience is required.
- Typing Speed: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- PC Operation and Navigation: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is essential.
- Entry-Level Network Troubleshooting: Basic network troubleshooting skills are required.
- Ability to Set Up Home Wi-Fi Network: You must be able to set up and configure a home Wi-Fi network.
- Ability to Set Up and Configure a Router or Switch: Basic knowledge of router and switch configuration is required.
- Core Proficiency with Laptop or Desktop Computer: You must be proficient in using a laptop or desktop computer.
- Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently in a virtual team environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Stay Composed and Objective: You must be able to remain composed and objective in challenging situations.
- Strong Listening Skills: Excellent listening skills are required to understand customer needs and concerns.
