Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members or management as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to team goals and objectives, including meeting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing resolution times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and support a positive, inclusive work environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of the lighting industry and its products
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with sales and commission-based environments
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days of employment
