Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule
* Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
* Part-time: Choose your own schedule, with a minimum of 2 hours to 4 hours daily
