Key Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Managing High-Volume Data Entry:
Process and input large sets of company data with high accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Database Maintenance:
Update, verify, and manage records within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Report Generation:
Assist in creating reports based on collected and analyzed data, providing insights to drive business decisions.
Ensure Data Accuracy:
Detect and correct errors to maintain company data integrity, ensuring that data is accurate and reliable.
Administrative Support:
Collaborate with different departments to streamline data operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
Handle Confidential Information:
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of company data, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Advanced Typing Skills:
50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring efficient data entry and processing.
Strong Attention to Detail:
Ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Analytical Thinking:
Capable of interpreting and organizing complex data sets, providing insights to drive business decisions.
Excellent Time Management:
Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Prior Experience Required:
Minimum 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience, with a strong understanding of data management and administrative principles.
