Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Workforce Activities and Business Expertise, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our store and HR partners to identify and address concerns related to work from home and field activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating detailed reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
• Produce detailed reports for senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field

• 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in a retail or field environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience driving high-performing teams and leading cross-functional projects
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Qualifications

* 5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in a retail or field environment

• Experience working with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical modeling techniques
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data mining and data warehousing
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to analyze and improve them
• Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
