Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Live Chat Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a WFH Live Chat Customer Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and phone - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company, demonstrating your commitment to excellence - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that you can provide informed and accurate support to customers

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, including our proprietary customer service platform - Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional customer support - High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment - Familiarity with customer service software and platforms, including live chat and ticketing systems - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25 to $38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
