Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries through live chat. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and delivering quality support that aligns with our values. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support.

Requirements
