Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer support team, providing exceptional service to our clients through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You'll be responsible for answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our website and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions to simple problems
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers
  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently and follow instructions to meet performance goals
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat and customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (5-40 hours per week)
