Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent/Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live chat and phone interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in using live chat platforms and phone systems
