Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all data entry tasks across various departments, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into our systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Coordinate and oversee data entry projects across various departments, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems, ensuring consistency and integrity of data across all systems.
  • Data Quality and Verification: Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with arenaflex's data management policies.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize data operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data, providing support and training to other team members on data entry processes and software.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Organize, store, and retrieve data and documentation as needed for reports and analysis, assisting with the preparation of reports, summaries, and other documentation as required.
  • Data Support: Work with other departments to identify data needs and ensure timely and accurate data entry support, providing status updates to managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification in data management is a plus).
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, data management, or administrative coordination, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Experience with data entry software and databases is preferred (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Reliability: Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Experience: Experience with project management tools or task management software, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

  • Cloud-Based Data Management: Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms, with a strong understanding of cloud-based data management principles and practices.
  • Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of remote work principles and practices.
