Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, providing timely and accurate assistance to their customers

  • Deliver discount codes and sales links to customers as required
  • Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with our training team to ensure seamless integration into our live chat support process
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
