About the Role

As a Customer Service - Order to Cash Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our internal and external customers. You will work collaboratively with our sales team, product team, and account support teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery of services. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop, and create complex reports for sharing insights and knowledge.

Responsibilities

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries

• Process access and entitlement requests within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Respond professionally to customer queries by phone and email using best practice guidelines
• Adhere to business and process requirements as per SOPs and training modules
• Develop in-depth knowledge of processes and business operations
• Complete root cause analysis (RCA) for escalations received and implement corrective actions
• Ensure quality audits are conducted as required
• Provide key support and resources for collections in the invoicing process

Requirements

* Good experience in a customer service or customer-facing role

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve problems using existing solutions
• Ability to adapt and flex to deliver multiple priorities in a rapidly changing administrative environment
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new systems
• Fluency in English, verbal and written, and excellent all-round communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization
• Comfortable working different shifts based on business needs (UK/US/INDIA)
