As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs team, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering outstanding results, building strong relationships, and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE
- Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution
- High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
- Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and its regulations
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
