Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and improve our content portfolio. You'll work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform our content strategy and drive user engagement. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Analyze user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and untapped content opportunities
- Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
- Streamline our content release and episode release process to improve user experience
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Passion for media and entertainment
