You'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support, helping them navigate their accounts and making informed decisions about their financial futures. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, using your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active listening and empathy, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
