Position Summary
This is a fully remote position within the Pacific time zone, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. Our Customer Service Representative role is designed to provide a human connection when it's needed most, inspiring trust and confidence in our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. Training and Schedule
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. Training will be conducted virtually, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team members. Once you've completed your training, you'll join our permanent schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8:10 am to 4:40 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, empathetic, and a service professional in every interaction.
- Create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by delivering personalized solutions and exceeding expectations.
- Join forces with our team to provide a human connection when it's needed most, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a production environment, with a strong background in customer service.
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, with a proven ability to be empathetic and compassionate.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns, with a strong ability to understand and address their concerns.
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Anticipated weekly hours: 40 hours

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary, which will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. Our typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour.
