Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of Arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers. You'll act as a liaison, providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems, and advocating for our customers when necessary. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and ensure excellent service standards
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota (if applicable)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Arenaflex products and services (a plus!)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (a plus!)
