Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities that will keep your job exciting and challenging. Some of your key duties will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Running the register and cashiering with accuracy and efficiency
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
  • Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
  • Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job

Preferred Qualifications
