Job Summary

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll also summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet our high standards of customer service

  • Provide accurate information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, using our proprietary systems and tools
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment

Nice-to-Haves

* Previous experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of our clients' products and services

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and insights
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales and marketing tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
