Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using our CRM system to track and resolve issues
  • Providing detailed and accurate input to ensure superior customer service, including resolving problems and discrepancies through phone, email, and fax correspondence
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve routine issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Taking personal and complete responsibility for each function to ensure customer requirements are met, and managing customer issues, inquiries, and orders through phone, email, or fax
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and escalating inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate person or department following guidelines
  • Documenting all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks, and performing research to answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, and keeping customer accounts current by updating the database during calls
  • Maintaining a safe working environment, as outlined in the safety manual

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Graduate or equivalent, with some college education preferred
  • 1-3 years of prior customer service experience in a business system environment, preferably
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to correspond with customers in a formal and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
