Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Retrieval Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with Record HUB customers via telephone, email, and online chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers about our products and services. You'll be the go-to person for complex product-related questions, complaints, and concerns, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Temporary Full-Time Monday-Friday TBD

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a high call volume, fast-paced environment
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat, providing customer service to Record Hub customers by answering complex product-related questions, resolving issues, and educating customers
  • Investigate and solve product and service complaints; when the issue is beyond your knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
  • Make outbound telephone and email contacts to customers to provide education and facilitate issue resolution
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent

  • 3 or more years of Customer service experience required
  • Experience using Call Center Phone systems like Ring Central
  • 1 or more year of experience in a call center environment
  • Data entry/Typing skills of 30 WPM
