* Forwarding calls to your reliable phone and working with our team to resolve any issues that may arise
* Handling marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers, including creating and sending targeted campaigns

* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and marketing campaign results

Essential Qualifications
