Job Summary We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional support for our customer service and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer calls, responding to marketing mailers and emailers, and collaborating with our team members to ensure seamless communication and execution. Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service and Marketing Support, your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering customer calls during designated hours (Monday through Friday, 6:45-8:45 PST) and providing exceptional service to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Utilizing a provided script to screen calls and gather necessary information * Forwarding calls to your reliable phone and working with our team to resolve any issues that may arise * Handling marketing mailers and emailers to past, current, and potential customers, including creating and sending targeted campaigns * Collaborating with multiple team members to ensure clarity and follow-up on any unclear or unresolved issues * Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and marketing campaign results * Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service and marketing initiatives Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personality types * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in using a reliable phone and computer, with experience with email marketing software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience in marketing or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services * Certification in customer service or marketing * Proficiency in multiple languages Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using a reliable phone and computer * Experience with email marketing software and CRM systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * High level of integrity and confidentiality Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
