The Verizon Customer Service Associate Role
As a Verizon Customer Service Associate, you'll be the direct point of contact for our consumer base, providing accurate and timely answers, navigating the sales process, and delivering an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back. This is a front-facing position that's integral to the growth and expansion of our partnership with Verizon 5G.
Core Daily Functions
As a Verizon Customer Service Associate, your core daily functions will include:
- Working directly with our customer base to enroll them through the sales process
- Demonstrating expertise in our clients' products and services
- Answering customer questions and concerns regarding pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes
- Interacting professionally and empathetically with customers, management, and other Verizon Customer Service Associates
- Following all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction
- Maintaining up-to-date files with the compliance department on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process to delivery
Verizon Customer Service Associate Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience (preferred and recommended)
- Experience in a customer-facing environment where you're comfortable working with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team
- The ability to multi-task and take initiative in daily and weekly tasks

Compensation Package
As a Verizon Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base salary of $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Uncapped commission
Schedule
As a Verizon Customer Service Associate, you'll work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekends as needed. We're committed to providing a healthy work-life balance that allows you to recharge and come back to work refreshed and motivated.
