Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., customer service, sales, marketing) an asset. - 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a related industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
