Responsibilities:

* Greet every customer with a smile and proactively approach them to offer support and guidance throughout their shopping experience

• Demonstrate a genuine passion for sports and a deep understanding of our products, showcasing your knowledge and expertise to customers
• Uphold arenaflex's high standards for merchandise presentation, ensuring that our stores are always visually appealing and well-organized
• Promote arenaflex's programs and initiatives, such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions, to drive sales and customer engagement
• Create an inclusive and welcoming store environment that makes every customer feel valued, respected, and at ease
• Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store culture
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and drive business results

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in retail sales, cashier duties, or customer-centric positions is highly desirable

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, tug, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs periodically (up to 5 times per hour)
• Capacity to manage tasks that involve standing or walking for up to 4 hours without breaks
• Competence in carrying out repetitive movements for brief time frames (up to 2 hours without interruption)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
