Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Cashier and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the shopping experience
- Providing an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
- Offering additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and arenaflex Family card
- Resolving customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
- Providing friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year sales or customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
