Job Summary

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading shifts, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. You'll work closely with our team to achieve daily goals, maintain high standards for store appearance, and ensure that customers receive fast and friendly service. Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the cash register and handling transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Making purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Leading shifts and supervising entry-level employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Maintaining high standards for store appearance and cleanliness, including visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Interacting with customers daily and working as part of a team to achieve daily goals
  • Participating in various tasks around the store to accomplish daily objectives, such as receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining store displays
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Entry-level management experience, including supervising and leading teams
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong focus on customer service and sales skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage in friendly conversation and resolve customer complaints
  • Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and develop new skills
