Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless store operations

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
