Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mesa, AZ. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Utilize call center scripts to handle different topics effectively, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Must be open to any shift Monday - Friday between 5:00am - 7:00pm. OT opportunity available!

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.

Skills:

+ Strong phone and verbal communication skills. + Active listening and problem-solving abilities. + Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to multi-task. + Customer-focused, adaptable to different personality types, and able to manage time effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $22.68/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
