Customer Service Representative Benefits

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a Judgement Free Member Experience: Ensure an exceptional experience for all members, prospective members, and guests.
- Answering Phones: Respond to calls in a friendly manner using our information script.
- Greeting Members: Welcome new members, sign them up, and provide tours of our facilities.
- Logging Amenities: Record member usage of amenities and services.
- Responding to Member Questions: Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing Purchases: Handle beverage and merchandise sales through our point of sale system.
- Promoting Fitness Classes: Encourage members to participate in our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF).
- Maintaining a Clean Environment: Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
