Experienced Mortgage Customer Service Representative – Monday to Friday Schedules

Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from mortgage borrowers regarding payment, escrow, and general mortgage servicing questions. You'll also spend a significant portion of your time on an auto dialer, reminding borrowers of their payments and offering refinancing opportunities. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every homeowner feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their mortgage journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from mortgage borrowers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize an auto dialer to remind borrowers of their payments, offering them the option to make payments via phone (NOT COLLECTIONS)
- Demonstrate positivity, courtesy, and helpfulness when interacting with homeowners, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
- Directly engage with customers across a variety of inbound customer requests and inquiries, including website assistance, escrow, and processing payoffs
- Offer and refer eligible homeowners for refinancing opportunities to the Originations department
- Perform outbound activities on accounts less than 30 days past due, as well as accounts with higher delinquencies
- Understand escalation paths for different types of calls and dynamically route them to the appropriate internal parties
Hours of Operation:
* Monday to Friday schedules
- Must be available to work any time between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00, depending on experience
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Monthly bonus potential up to $500
