Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, you'll need to be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Answer customer calls, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist RDCs with customer service-related questions and returns
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager with special projects and initiatives
  • Input orders through our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify backorders and assist with immediate fulfillment
  • RUP (Restricted Use Product) input all required license information for customers seeking restricted items
  • Complete sales return orders within 48 hours
  • Report product shortages as indicated in the system to the proper warehouses
  • Provide customers with order confirmations, tracking details, backorder delivery status, and status of purchases for material requirements
  • Engage in continued education opportunities regarding product offerings
  • Complete all required safety training
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate Summary

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on customer support experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of office applications, including Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-management of daily tasks and workload
  • High level of personal organizational skills

Formal Education, Qualifications, or Training

* High school diploma

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Distribution/warehousing experience preferred
