Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to every customer, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions.
- Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
- Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: You'll be a customer-centric individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Prior Customer Service Experience: You'll have at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus!
- Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Results-Driven Individual: You'll be a results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: You'll be required to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
