Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to customers
• Work with our food program and other store areas to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring a consistent and reliable presence

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional climbing of ladders to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
