We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Service & Transportation Team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. If you're a customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with sales, operations, quality control, finance, and accounting teams to meet corporate goals and provide industry-best customer experiences.
- Receiving and effectively addressing incoming customer calls, providing price and availability information, and converting customer requests or quotes into sales orders.
- Researching existing quotes and orders, assigning new requests to proper quotes or sales orders when applicable, and cross-training in other functions within the Customer Service & Transportation Team.
- Providing backup to other team members as required, including training new coworkers and performing other duties as assigned.
