Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Incoming Calls and Responding to Customer Emails: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Providing Product, Service, Order-Status, and Account Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.
- Processing Orders, Resolving Billing Issues, and Adjusting Customer Accounts: Effectively manage customer orders, resolve billing discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments to customer accounts.
- Researching, Identifying, and Resolving Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining detailed documentation and record keeping.

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 1+ Years of Experience in a Phone-Based Customer Service Role: Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office and General Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, including typing.
- Proven Customer Specialist Experience: Demonstrated ability to:
