Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing exceptional service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our ordering system and handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and pizza preparation equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
• Prepare product, including making pizzas, salads, and other menu items
• Receive and process telephone orders, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, ensuring that our store is always stocked and ready for customers
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs

Communication Skills

* Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, including reading and following recipes and menu items

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Great customer service skills and effective service recovery, ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a positive experience

Essential Functions/Skills

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)

• Must be able to make correct monetary change, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, including handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed, including operating equipment and preparing menu items
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, including using our ordering system and handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
