Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing loan payments and balancing accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Balancing cash drawers according to branch policy and comparing totaled amounts to Integrated teller totals
  • Reporting malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station
  • Balancing and/or servicing ATM machines as required
  • Receiving and processing mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments
  • Generating customer receipts and ensuring accurate and timely processing

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work all shifts, including day shifts and Saturdays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment

  • Experience with cash handling and processing
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
