Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with your team to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Assisting Customers with Products and Services: Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • Assisting with Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Condition: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Ability to use a computer and navigate our store systems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Customer Service Training: Training or experience in customer service, including conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Knowledge of Store Systems: Familiarity with our store systems and equipment.
