Job Summary
As a Food Service and Customer Experience Associate on our overnight shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-store food program. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including the food service area, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas - Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that all products are presented in a visually appealing manner and are served in a timely and efficient manner - Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our in-store food program - Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to our guests - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in our stores - Great people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the food service area and other high-traffic areas - Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude - Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to our guests - Ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or customer-facing role - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
