Responsibilities
As a virtual customer care professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from card members with professionalism and care, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Guiding customers through account details, billing inquiries, and dispute solutions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support
- Cooperating with team members and leadership to continuously improve service delivery and distribution
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment
