As a Remote Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. You will engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about arenaflex services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex services, shipments, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for customer interactions
  • Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer service metrics

Requirements

* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software

* Experience working in a logistics or transportation industry
