Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) a plus
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a high-speed, high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, hospitality)
