Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring they're motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to your team members to help them grow and succeed.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Ensure that your team is working safely, efficiently, and effectively, meeting or exceeding customer delivery promises and maintaining the highest levels of quality.
• Collaborate with all support teams: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives and drive success.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Perform physical tasks as required, ensuring that you're able to lift, push, pull, and move objects safely and efficiently.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: Be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods, maintaining your energy and focus throughout your shift.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: Adapt to changing noise levels, ensuring that you're able to communicate effectively with your team and focus on your tasks.
