Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in La Linea. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and ensuring that their needs are met. You will work closely with our customers, colleagues, and internal departments to provide timely and accurate billing and collections, correct errors on customer accounts, and establish new accounts. You will also be responsible for preparing various entries, reports, and statistics, applying credit policies, and conducting daily operations of the business office. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Customer Service: Receives, researches, and resolves inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers involving rates, policies, practices, procedures, and products and services. * Account Management: Researches, analyzes, and makes changes to customer account information to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections. * Error Correction: Corrects errors on customer accounts, billing data, or metering data as necessary. * Account Establishment: Establishes new accounts and markets and administers services and programs. * Reporting and Statistics: Prepares various entries, reports, and statistics as required. * Credit Policy Application: Applies credit policies in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures. * Customer Inquiry Response: Researches and responds to customer inquiries regarding payments, account balances, and usage patterns. * Field Orders and Investigations: Initiates and completes appropriate and timely field orders and investigations as requested by customers. * Cashiering Duties: Performs cashiering duties, including accepting payments and preparing bank deposits. * Business Office Operations: Conducts daily operations of business offices in the absence of a supervisor, following established policies and procedures. * Customer Education: Informs customers of water ordering and delivery procedures and terminology. * Record Keeping: Maintains and files customer information and records accurately. * Internal Coordination: Coordinates work with internal departments to accomplish tasks. * Team Support: Assists other representatives and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Fluency in English and Spanish: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. * Customer Service Experience: Experience as a Customer Services Representative, Customer Services Representative Trainee, Administrative Clerk, or General Clerk, or equivalent experience is necessary. * Communication Skills: Ability to tactfully converse with customers and employees. * Analytical and Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. * Account Information Reading and Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret customer account information and adhere to policies and procedures.
